We try to reply to any messages we have been sent within 24 hours. Because of the huge volume of messages we get daily, a reply may take sometime but we do answer any messages we receive as soon as possible. Kindly have confidence that we read each and every email we get.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
Whenever you place an order with us, a confirmation email is sent off to you with details of the order you have made. When your order is handled and dispatched, a subsequent confirmation email is sent to you showing that your order is on its way to you. We attempt to dispatch your order in 1-3 business days. But bear in mind, some items are made on order basis so processing time will take longer. Product processing time will be mentioned on the product page itself.
Given that if you reach us before your order is dispatched and preferably quickly after making the order, you should be able to cancel your order without an issue. In case of cancellation, money will be refunded to your account within 14 days. To do this, email us with your order number to hand. Fabartisan has a range of shipping methods to suit our customers. We provide both Economy Shipping as well as Expedited Shipping. Economy Shipping is Free for all orders worldwide. Expedited Shipping comes at an extra cost. These vary in cost according to the country and weight of the package . We encourage customers to look at our Shipping Information page to check our shipping methods and what amount of time each will require to deliver the item to you.
Economy Shipping Delivery will take 10-15 business days. Expedited Shipping will take between 3-7 business days depending upon the location. If your order is slightly delayed, you can email us for assistance at email@example.com, however, as we provide tracking information, we can check with the courier/postal services for you and will update you with the info. We provide tracking information on all orders. Just in case, if you do not receive the parcel at all or parcel is lost (which is rare), we will refund the amount to you.
All of our orders are sent in discreet packaging; typically in jewelry pouches or jewelry boxes. We strive to provide protection to the parcels so you can receive your jewelry intact.
If you would like to return your items, you may do so within 30 days of receiving them but please first contact Customer Services by email - firstname.lastname@example.org, including your full name and order number. Items must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items, however shipping charges if expedited are non-refundable.
If you find that you have received damaged or incorrect items, where possible, we will happily replace them at no charge to yourself. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us utilising your country's domestic postal service. (Please note - we will not accept extra charges for express, courier or other postal services unless by prior agreement).
Sorry at this point, we do not accept exchanges for something else. We will exchange only if product is defective or incorrect and would exchange for the same product not something else.
The first suggestion would be for you to delete your browser cookies and cache. We find that this resolves 99% of login problems instantly. You can change your account details at any time. To do so, log in to your account and click on 'Change account details'. Here you can specify a new email address, change name and country details, and select whether or not you want to be included on the Fabartisan.com Mailing List. You can also turn off or turn on newsletter delivery, and can also alter your username and password combination.
Yes, you can check on the status of your order or orders by logging in to your account and clicking on the 'View current/previous orders' link. You will then see a page entitled 'Order History', and a listing of your present and past orders with their status is displayed. You can click on the order number of any particular order listed to see a listing of the products you ordered.
To a view a history of your past orders, log in to your account and click on 'View current/previous orders'. This will display a history of your orders. By clicking on the order number, you can view detailed information about the products you ordered at the time and can also see their status.
